Daydreaming

mindd.jpgMaureen Cooper

Kiki: Did you know that daydreaming is self-hypnosis?

Kuku: I daydream all the time, my teachers used to say I stared a lot.

Kiki: Do you remember what you were thinking?

Kuku: Yes, this time of year it was always about the Browns winning a Super Bowl.

Kiki: Well, that is more fantasy and delusion than daydreaming. Ha-ha-ha.

Actually Kuku, daydreaming is very close to what we have been discussing earlier- re-establishing the connection between mind and heart before sleep.

Kuku: Is it as effective?

Kiki: Research indicates that the subconscious door is more open before sleep, but daydreaming is also very powerful.

Kuku: Should I abandon the Brown’s Super Bowl thoughts?

Kiki: I would say absolutely, because there is a mass consciousness that alters large-scale events. I recommend working on a smaller scale event that your mind can more easily manage.

Kuku: Is that why it is so hard to win the lottery? So many are competing for exactly the same result?

Kiki: For a single result like an amount of money, yes, it is very difficult. Nevertheless, if everyone focused collectively on peace, love, joy, forgiveness, compassion, wisdom etc…, it can be attained.

Kuku: Well then, how should I daydream?

Kiki: Remember, daydreaming is really just another way of imagining. Therefore, it is best to daydream about only the results you desire, and never about potential negative results.

Kuku: But that takes effort, Kiki!

Kiki: Yes, it requires effort, but struggling requires effort too. When we begin managing our daydreaming, our staring, our hoping, and wishing, we are organizing the unseen Quantum Field allowing results to show up with ease and grace. When making the resolution to consciously imagine before sleeping, and shepherding our daydreaming to only conditions we want, a shift occurs, accelerating the manifestation of our fondest desires!

Kuku: Wow, that is a huge shift!

Kiki: And you will love every minute of it.

Making My Movie

painter.jpgMark Henson – “Paintbrush Warrior”

Kiki: Just before sleeping, I always choose my movie.

Kuku: Why just before sleeping and not while you are wide awake?

Kiki: I am awake, but barely. I discovered that I am the director, producer, scriptwriter, cast, crew, and scenery of my self-produced movie.

Kuku: Interesting point of view… is your movie supposed to be your life?

Kiki: Absolutely! We all begin creating our movie, emerging from our imaginings, thoughts, and feelings just before nodding off.

Kuku: Wow, like our own internal Netflix?

Kiki: Yes, and I do not create horror shows or silly drama movies.

Kuku: Boring!

Kiki: I create exactly what I want in my heart, and then connect my desired creations to my mind’s eye. It looks like a movie screen in my head. Next, I create the feeling in my body of how it would feel when it manifests. Finally, the miracle begins when I am begin watching it as if IT HAS ALREADY HAPPENED.

Kuku: Homie, you are on the crazy train, going to Crazyville!

Kiki:  Ha-ha-ha no, it is invigorating, motivating, and scintillating.

Kuku: Fine I’ll try it, now I lay me down to sleep….

Kiki: Kuku, you can create a life intertwined by the Omnipotent Good by imaging it, feeling it, and witnessing it just before sleeping. Additionally, the more sensory the movie, the quicker it will show up in your life.

Kuku: Ok cool stuff Kiki, have a great weekend.

Kiki: I am going to make it a great weekend. Moreover, you all can too.

Kuku and Kiki: Make it a great WEEKEND!

Kiki: This weekend let us begin making an even more wonderful life; we only need to change ourselves!

Kiki and Kuku: We love you!

It Responds

Kuku: I have been doing the Heartland exercises, is my heart’s ignition switch turned on yet?

Kiki: Yes, with the re-connection to the mind and body, the heart is at its highest level of accepting new ideas and suggestions.

Kuku: I do this just before sleeping, right?

Kiki: Yes, your thoughts and feelings begin streaming into the unconscious.

Kuku: Is this like the “pillow talk” to the universe?

Kiki: Your thoughts, moods, and feelings are the language of the universe.

Kuku: Maybe I could sing “somewhere, out there, beneath the ….”

Kiki: Kuku, it is not out there, it is IN there.

Kuku: What do you mean?

Kiki: The kingdom of heaven is within; it is in your Higher Self, which is inside your body.

Kuku, your trillions of cells respond to your moods, thoughts, and feelings. Consider this fact; healthy cells make healthy tissues, which makes healthy organs, which makes healthy systems, which makes a healthy body. That is the kingdom within!

is responds.jpg
Rasouli

Kuku: Are you suggesting that if I am angry, sad, afraid, and a hater that I effect my health?

Kiki: Yep, every cell, tissue, organ, and system literally responds to you! Therefore, the universe is always responding to YOU, for better or for worse!

Kuku: Oh my, that sounds like a marriage!

Kiki: It is. The two become one. “That which you feel yourself to be, you are, and you are given that which you are.” (Unknown author)

Kuku: So I create my health?

Kiki: And, your wealth, love, life story, beliefs, faith, world, and more. Whatever you are imagining you are actually creating.

Kuku: It sounds like you are suggesting that I also create my outside world.

Kiki: The principle of reflection sates: “as within, so without”, thus making your world a mirror of your consciousness.

Kuku: I have to re-program my internal software!

Kiki: Those are your thoughts, feelings, and moods, and the best time to reprogram is just before sleep.

More on Friday!

Heartland

heart and brainHarvard Health

Kuku: Are we discussing the Michael Stanley Band today?

Kiki: Ha-ha.  No, today we will discuss the body’s heart as a super organ.

Kuku: Obviously, without our heart we are “kaput!”

Kiki: Did you know the heart has a brain?

Kuku: Nope, never cared. Why would we need another brain?

Kiki: The heart’s brain is very tiny, but it is incredibly powerful. Hearth Math Institute measures the heart as five thousand times stronger magnetically, and up to ninety times stronger electrically, than our brain.

Kuku: Interesting, … but so what?

Kiki: Our body runs on electro-magnetic energy, so maybe the heart-brain is very powerful and potent.

Kuku: Yes, but we think with our head-brain not our heart right?

Kiki: Imagine filtering all our thinking, feeling, speaking, and actions through our heart, we could potentially live our lives more joyously, abundantly, and effortlessly.

Kuku: Why did you say potentially?

Kiki: Because our world continuously instructs us to think through our head and not our heart.

Kuku: That is for survival purposes, right Kiki?

Kiki: Yes, and by utilizing our heart for daily decisions we can expedite evolving by altering our lives from just surviving to THRIVING!

Kuku: You mean by making more money.

Kiki: Yes, TRUE wealth is about not only money, but more importantly thriving in health, relationships, happiness, love, spirituality, etc…, and acquiring it with far less struggle.

Kuku: What do I have to do?

Kiki: To initiate this change, make a conscious decision to talk to your heart. Then at night, just before sleeping, put your hands on your heart and say, “This is my heart”.

Kuku: My heart has always been there! What is the point?

Kiki: Declaring, “This is my heart”, establishes the re-connection with your body/mind/ heart (spirit) trinity needed for obtaining the best results.

Kuku: Ok, then what?

Kiki: Well, that step is akin to putting the key in the ignition of your body’s heart. However, you have to know how to turn it on.

Kuku: Oh, yeah! It’s the weekend, time for a good turn on. I was thinking about….

Kiki: STOP—not that KUKU.

Kuku: What? You are no fun at all!

Kiki: On the contrary, living through our heart is the beginning of elevating your consciousness. It is the beginning of living with True Wealth. Moreover, every journey begins with the first step.

To summarize, the first step is making a conscious decision to live through your heart. Next, turn the hearts ignition by placing both hands on your heart each night just before sleeping and whisper, declare, assert, or shout, “This is my heart.”

Upcoming blogs will deliver further instructions on creating your heaven on earth.

Kiki and Kuku: HAVE A GREAT WEEKEND EVERYONE!

Flea Fly

Kuku: When I was younger, I learned this tongue twister: A flea and a fly in a flue, were imprisoned so what could they do? Said the fly, “Let us flee”, said the flea, “Let us fly”, so they flew through a flaw in the flue.

Kiki: Haha, “datsa weel tong twithter.”

Kuku: Yep, it sure is.

Kiki: Do you know the spiritual meaning, Kuku?

Kuku: Yes, a stinking fly and a biting flea escaped to torment other creatures.

Kiki: Ponder this Kuku; we are all imprisoned souls in our bodies much like the flea and the fly. We free ourselves by making choices. Our “Will” determines the path we take by making good choices or not.

buku-soul-awareness-tali-penghubung-perak.jpg

Kuku: But the flea and the fly were lucky, they did not make a choice, they escaped by luck.

Kiki: Maybe yes, but we humans have a choice to consciously create by taking the high road in our life or to mis-create by taking a lower road. Why would we ever want to live by chance?

Kuku: So by escaping, the fly and the flea were not lucky?

Kiki: They escaped, right?

Kuku: But luck is soooo iffy, how is that spirituality?

Kiki: A better way than living by luck or fate is for us to partner with Divinity, it always “conspires to meet our desires.”

Kuku: How?

Kiki: The way of the mortal world can be such incompleteness, chaos, struggle, and craziness. Conceivably, it is the flaw in the flue- using the metaphor from the rhyme. When we consciously reconnect with our inner divinity, we begin seeing only good, feeling only good, and experiencing only good. By doing so, we could be creating heaven on earth.

Kuku: I thought we were waiting for heaven.

Kiki: What if Heaven is waiting for us to create paradise here?

Kiki: Consider this Kuku, by consciously and continuously venturing within, and counseling the magnificence of our higher self/soul/divinity, we might: “flee from our flaws, and fly through our fears, because the spirit is the nature of you!”

Which Do I Feed?

Kiki: Hey Kuku, remember the story about Little Red Riding Hood and the Big Bad Wolf?

Kuku: Of course I do, it is a classic fairy tale.

Kiki: Well here is another classic story about wolves which teaches a crucial lesson.

One evening, an elderly Cherokee Chief told his grandson about a battle that persists within people. He said, “My son, the battle is between the two wolves inside us all. One wolf is evil. It is angry, envious, jealous, sorrowful, regretful, greedy, arrogant, self-pitying, guilty, inferior, dishonest, prideful, superior, and egoistic.

The other wolf in this battle is good. He is joyful, peaceful, loving, hopeful, serene, humble, kind, benevolent, emphatic, generous, honest, compassionate, and faithful.”

The grandson thought about it for a moment, and then asked his grandfather, “Which wolf wins?”

The old Cherokee replied simply, “The one you feed.”

wolvesPottermore

Kuku: You always said that all life was sacred, why would you starve a little wolf?

Kiki: Because it’s a story about decisions we make, feeding our minds the voices of good, pure, powerful and positive that create a good life, or feeding our minds the voices of fear, with all its sticky tentacles of anger, anxiety, regret, sorrow, worry, etc….

Kuku: So fear is like the wolf that huffs, and puffs, and blows our little house down?

Kiki: Yes, but that story is about the Three Little Pigs.

Kuku: Do you know why you should never wrestle with a pig?

Kiki: Yes, because you both get dirty, but the pig loves it! Kuku please, do not change the subject!

Kuku: So what about the story The Boy Who Cried Wolf?

Kiki: Just feed the good wolf Kuku, and your life will have less struggle and more goodness!

Kuku: Great stories Kiki, I’m on it! What about the story Call of the Wild?

Kiki: You can stop now “Wolf Brother!”

Conforming

Kuku to Kiki: Remember this story?  “There was a non-conforming sparrow that decided not to fly south for the winter. However, the weather turned so cold that he was reluctantly forced to fly south. In a short time, ice began to form on his wings, and he fell to the earth, landing in a barnyard, almost frozen. A cow passed by and crapped on the little sparrow. The sparrow thought it was the end, but, the manure warmed him and defrosted his wings. Warm and happy, able to breathe, he started to sing. Just then, a large cat was walking by and, hearing the chirping, investigated the sounds. The cat cleared away the manure, found the chirping bird and promptly ate him.”

Moral of the story:

  1. EVERYONE WHO POOPS ON YOU IS NOT NECESSARILY YOUR ENEMY.
  2. EVERYONE WHO GETS YOU OUT OF POOP IS NOT NECESSARILY YOUR FRIEND.
  3. AND, IF YOUR’E WARM AND HAPPY IN A PILE OF POOP, KEEP YOUR MOUTH SHUT.

Kuku: Isn’t that hilarious Kiki? See, I can tell good stories AND they are funny!

Kiki: Is it funny because so many compromise their happiness and peace by not speaking their truth?  Or, because so many trudge forward, keeping their mouths shut, afraid of upsetting others?

Isn’t that disempowering, Kuku? Who wants to live that way?

Kuku: It is a funny narrative because that is the way the world works, and everyone seems to be doing it. Besides, it is the safest way to operate in a hostile world.  Kiki, why can’t you see I am actually helping others by stating the obvious?

Kiki: Anyone wanting to make meaningful changes has always been a non-conformist: Jesus, Gandhi, Mother Teresa, Thoreau, Apostle Paul, Galileo, Whitman, Walesa, and so many more!

NOT Keeping your mouth shut requires quiet courage, determination, and fearless faith to seek the TRUTH. Your truth.

stand out.pngDavid McElroy

Kuku: Now I wish I never told the story of the non-conformist sparrow.

Kiki: Oh Kuku, are you feeling unhappy and in a pile of poop?

Kuku: Maybe you should keep your mouth shut!

Kiki: Well Kuku, “Sometimes hearing the truth takes more courage than speaking the truth.” (Amit Kalantri, Wealth of Words)

Frogs and Snakes

Kiki, speaking to Kuku: Alarmed by their dwindling numbers caused by predatory snakes, one frog sought advice from the wise owl. “What can we do?”, begged the frog. The owl responded, “When a snake approaches, just fly away”. Satisfied with the owl’s instructions, the frog began hopping back to its pond. Along the way, a snake approached, pounced on the frog, and began to swallow it. “Sorry little frog”, screeched the owl, I deal in concepts, not in reality”.

Kuku: That is a depressing tale, what does it mean to us?

Kiki: It means we must be wary of what we choose to believe.

Kuku: But the silly frog did not have any wings so it could not fly- that was its fault.

Kiki: We receive all kinds of information in our daily lives that conceptually sound good, but in reality, cannot help us.

Kuku: For instance?

Kiki: Like getting involved in life’s dramas and then becoming afraid, angry, or anxious.

Kuku: For instance? Come on Kiki, please get to the point!

KIK: Each of us has twenty-four hours a day, just like everyone else. However, there are predatory snakes stealing your precious time each day. Our culture encourages “flying away” from our problems through the use of TV, news, food, sex, sports, gambling, money, drink, drugs and the like.

This dwindling number of frogs represents the diminishing hours we have left; with each lost day, there is less time to fulfill our life’s meaning and purpose. Each breath we take on this magnificent planet is sacred. Each minute allows the potential for our uniqueness to come forth. It is a journey with far too many distractions.

Kuku: Interesting point of view, by the way, did you see the Brown’s game Sunday, what a shame! Poor Browns Fans.

Kiki: Oh my goodness Kuku, tick tock… tick tock… tick tock…

Kiki and Kuku

debate

I would like to introduce two characters who will be sharing didactic conversations in our future blogs. Meet Kiki and Kuku!

Kiki in Hawaiian is directly translated as “the little one”. In horticulture, kiki is, “The baby plant that is an exact clone of the mother plant sometimes flowering while still attached to the mother” (Revolvy). However, this description can also hold major symbolic significance.

Kiki in these conversations represents the spiritual aspect of us, or our spirit mind.

Kuku or cuckoo has meanings that are more obvious, Merriam-Webster defines it as “crazy” or “weak in intellect or common sense”, and when used as a noun it means a mad, crazy person.

Kuku in our conversations represents our mortal thinking, the egoist aspect of our thinking and our collective consciousness.

To further clarify, Kiki is not me the sane, sensitive, practical, prudent, wise one.

Nor does Kuku represent my wife, my boss, my country, my clients, or any of my in-laws as demented, deranged, lunatic, or unhinged in any manner. LOL

Kiki and Kuku are providing conversations about improving our lives mentally, physically, and spiritually.

I hope you enjoy the blogs as much as I do sharing them with you.

Tuesday, Kiki and Kuku will discuss snakes and frogs, reality and perception. They will impart a funny, pithy narrative I am sure you will enjoy and want to share.

Let us all create a great weekend! All is well—and getting better and better.

Got It

Good Miracle Morning and day to everyone!

Today, I am sharing a valuable nugget of wisdom I hope you treasure for all of your days!

It is the foundation of “Your Healing Mosaic”, and it reads like this:

“I am grateful for the gifts I am given by God at Birth [through grace],
I create my reality according to beliefs,
My mind is the creative energy that makes my world,
I haven’t any limitations except those I believe” (Unknown).

hold world

I am not sure where I found this passage because I have the good habit of writing meaningful material on index cards, and the bad habit of sometimes forgetting to notate the author.

Regardless, the writings make perfect sense for our continuous improvement, do you agree?

The first statement comforts us by indicating, we already have it.
The second statement declares that Faith creates everything in our lives.
The third suggests we are creators of our lives by the manner of our thinking, speaking, feelings, and deeds,
Lastly, we are created as perfect children of Divinity. When we can finally believe that is true, we will not experience limitations, struggle, nor deprivation.

That’s right, no limitations

Do you find it comforting that you have more control over your life than perhaps you thought possible? It is Your Healing Mosaic.

Yipeeeee—All is well.
